"brittle processes" & procedures to render them more robust - have been considering both of those (deeply) in light of Dr Kent B & others in the Ebola implosion in West Africa - definitely resonant due to my own overseas service & subsequent med-evac, plus my years of lab. work - yep, procedures upon procedures, & back-up procedures, & fallback procedures… nothing but procedures... all the way down to The Turtle At The Bottom of All Things :)
