I'm not sure how Mr. Ho's would taste if I lived on the West Coast and had regular access to Actual Chinese Food, but coming from Virginia, it is amaaaazing.

And both Alice and Beatrice chowed down on the chicken and broccoli. I had to forgo my pan-fried spinach with tofu in order to have something remotely appealing to children, and it worked a charm.
